Commercial Surety

As announced on May 25, 2006, the Company is in the process of running off of its Commercial Surety business line.  The Company intends to eventually wind up the insurance business that it has placed into run-off over some period of time, which is not currently determinable.  For additional information, inquiries can be directed to our Bermuda office at 441-294-6350.
